Komatsu BR1000JG-1 – An Extremely Efficient Mobile Crusher

Also, it has an automatic adjustment function for crusher discharge clearance. When the jaw crusher is clogged with a raw material, Komatsu BR1000JG-1 features a cylinder piston that slides to open the discharge clearance to release the clogged load. In case when it can not travel to the job site, it can be disassembled into 5 huge pieces and transported to the job site.



The Komatsu's mobile crushing plant is developed using reliable Komatsu components, such as pump, motor, controller, engine and other important components. Their durability and reliability are proven with the other Komatsu mobile crushers. For extended life, the conveyor rear section of BR1000JG-1 is well-protected with a protection guard. Both sides are also protected by reducing the tail length of the conveyor. With a centralized control panel, the operators can monitor the operation from the ground, enabling them to operate with ease. If some issue occurs, the display shows the error immediately. For easier maintenance, the Komatsu mobile crushing plant features a wide deck and steps and more than few checkpoints.
